This amazing 4 ingredient recipe is easy to make and quick to bake. You could also make so many different variations because it’s such a simple recipe! I found it on the BBC Good food website
- 200g peanut butter (smooth or crunchy is fine, I used smooth)
- 175g golden caster sugar
- 1/2 a tsp of salt
- 1 Large egg
Preheat the oven to 180c
Measure the sugar and peanut butter and mix them together with a wooden spoon until smooth.
- Add the salt and mix again
- Add the egg and mix until smooth and all the egg has blended in. Roll into cherry tomato sized balls and press down lightly.
- Place in the heated oven for 12 minutes until golden on the outside
You could definitely add different ingredients like chocolate chips, actual peanuts, coconut shavings, dried fruit etc!
